When you break it down, Rugby is a very simple game. You know, the basics like don’t pass it forwards and touching the ball down in the in goal area to score a try are well known basics.
Somehow, though, a player in the Turkish League recently forgot another one of the key basics: Don’t tackle your own team-mates.
Inexplicably, a player on the Blue team tackles his own lock as he picks the ball from a retreating scrum.
If the player plays for a club anything like the vast majority of the worlds clubs, then it may be some time before he hears the last of this.
