In Rugby, to be a good defender a player must possess-amongst others- the following attributes: strength, technique and an ability to read the game and second guess opponents’ moves.
Last weekend, in Tonga’s Test with the USA, David Halaifonua showed all those attributes in spades as he anticipated America’s move and blasted the ball receiver, Folau Niua, with a tackle that takes both man and ball.
