Iain Henderson’s Massive Ruck Clear Out Against England

 

One of the most impressive attributes displayed by Joe Schmidt’s Ireland in this season’s Six Nations is their ability and efficiency at ruck time.

First, Sean O’Brien completed one of the most epic ruck clear outs caught on camera against France and, last weekend, Iain Henderson soon picked up the baton from his Irish team-mate; clearing a ruck in a similarly awesome manner against England last weekend.

Wouldn’t fancy being the pillar or guard in a ruck if I was opposing Iain Henderson.
