In probably one of the greatest games in the professional era, Cian Healy produced a suitably brilliant moment when he charged over All Blacks captain Richie McCaw like an out of control freight train.
What’s impressive is that it wasn’t a flimsy scrum half or winger, rather a grizzled back row, widely regarded as one of the toughest players in World Rugby.
Unfortunately for the Irish, they would go on the lose thanks to a last gasp New Zealand try, but Cian Healy can look back with pride on his own performance and, in particular, steamrolling Richie McCaw, a moment that anyone who watched that game will never forget.
