You’re right there is no such adage, we just made it up; still, the point stands, when shoulder meets face, shoulder always prevails.
Just ask the Bronco’s Justin Hodges, who was left in a heap after Cowboys’ Tariq Sims’ cynically shoulder charged the 32 year old in the Bronco’s-Cowboy’s NRL clash this weekend.
Afterwards, Hodges refused to shake Sims’ hand and, on this evidence, he was fully right. Heinous and dangerous play from Sims’ which can’t be condoned.
